I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer out-of-network benefits that cover therapy in full or in part.

My primary framework is Restoration Therapy, founded by Dr. Terry Hargrave — a model rooted in Contextual and Intergenerational Family Therapy that focuses on love, trust, emotional regulation, and healing the patterns that keep people stuck. It's the lens through which I approach all my therapeutic work.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I'm also deeply grounded in systems theory. I draw from other models where helpful — existential therapy, narrative therapy, CBT — and use tools like EMDR and psychodrama when appropriate.

Therapy focuses on deeper exploration of underlying patterns, emotional history, and past experiences — working toward healing and restoration. Coaching focuses on present challenges and forward movement. My approach brings the best of both together — the depth to understand what's actually driving your patterns, and the practical tools to build something different.

That's okay — let's go where the energy and initiative is. One person working on themselves can change a relationship and can change an entire system they inhabit. I often tell clients: any individual therapy is marriage therapy. The degree to which you work on yourself, you change your relationships.

It depends on what you're working on. Some people come in a handful of times and get exactly what they need. Others work through something significant over six months to a year. Generally I encourage people to commit to a few months — somewhere in the range of 6 to 12 sessions. But if you're not sure, we can take it a session at a time.

Every engagement is tailored to the organization and the leader. It typically begins with a discovery process — including a Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment — to get a clear picture of where the leader is and where the greatest opportunities for growth lie. From there we build a development plan and establish a regular coaching cadence, with ongoing access between sessions. Engagements typically run 6-12 months. I take on a limited number of organizational clients each year. My office is in Frisco, TX — part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. I work with leaders and organizations locally and nationwide, in person and remotely. For organizational engagements I'm available to travel for intensive sessions when that serves the work best.
