Isn't that the truth!
Being a new father is beginning to show me how whacked some of my priorities have been in my life. Sometimes I wonder if a child is also God's blessing in our lives to help us realign how we live and to really show us what is important. If I can't get a Sabbath in, having a newborn at home definitely slows you down....

Hi Rhett,
I was just talking with a friend last night about this. He said that when on a sabbath that the sabbath tells your the true condition of your soul. It reveals much.

I have heard some scholars that say the length of the exile of Judah was pretty darn close to the sum of the Sabbath years that they where supposed to have taken between the time that they moved into the land, and the time that they where captured.
Don't know if it is true, but it would make sense...
